Private sushi bar · Philadelphia

Your own sushi bar, at your Philadelphia party.

Two sushi chefs set up a counter in your rowhouse, loft or office and roll to order all night. King salmon, bluefin, toro with uni and ikura, wagyu finished under the torch, each one handed over while the nori still snaps.

Where we set up

From a Rittenhouse rowhouse to a Bucks County barn.

Rowhouses and lofts, rehearsal dinners, riverside barns and offices. The counter needs a flat 12 × 6 ft space and two outlets, and goes wherever that is.

A tray of sushi has been sitting since the morning, and the nori went soft the moment it met the rice. Ours is wrapped the second it leaves the chef's hand: cool fish, warm rice, a brush of house nikiri, and a snap when your guest pulls the tab.

Three hand rolls in their wraps in one wooden holder — spicy tuna, California and shrimp tempura — held out across the counter

How the night goes

You book it, then you're a guest.

01

Ahead of time

Pick a date at least 14 days ahead, build the order, and a 40% deposit holds it. Need it sooner? Ask, and we'll say yes when the team is free.

02

Before guests arrive

Two chefs arrive 30 to 60 minutes early and set up the counter: fish on ice, rice warm, nori sealed until the moment it's used.

03

During

Up to two hours of rolling to order. Guests come back for seconds; nobody waits on a tray.

04

After

The counter packs back into the van. Nothing is left for you to wash, clear or carry.

Before you book

What hosts in Philadelphia ask us.

Do you really come to Philadelphia?
Yes. Our New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia team works from Sayreville, NJ and covers anywhere within 70 driving miles of it. Type your address in the checker above to see yours.
How far ahead do we need to book?
At least 14 days. That's the notice our tri-state team needs to source the fish and staff the night. For something sooner, message us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can.
How is travel charged?
$3 a mile from our Sayreville, NJ kitchen, worked out from your address and shown in your quote before you pay anything.
What does our space need?
A flat, dry area about 12 × 6 ft with no stairs to reach it, two standard outlets nearby, and lighting and cover if it's outdoors. In an apartment or office building, tell us about the elevator and loading when you book so we can plan the way in.
Is it the same menu as everywhere else?
Yes, the same menu, prices and chefs' standards wherever we set up. Every roll is made in front of your guests; nothing is made ahead and delivered.
